Yes, they'd be free. I don't see how anyone could justify selling access to quests.

Lol I just didn't want to have a buisness scrub (lol) trying sell me somethng for 2500 gralats at the end. I'm thinking a simple quest like helping that guy get his cat down from the tree. But we will have to collect things from ALL over graal to help him make a ladder. How about benart or the guy with the box problem!
