You're all wrong...
If your gun isn't at full clip and you tap 'reload' (either glove or the gun) it will then reload your gun. You won't lose any ADDITIONAL ammo - you will only lose the ammo difference; (i.e. if your loaded ammo is at 5 and your clip is 16, you will only be charged 11 ammo (not the full 16)).

Yea, it just saves you time, it doesn't waste your ammo. But snk, it would be better if you made it if we double tap the weapon icon it reloads instead of tapping the grab button. Just a suggestion. This is because, as BabyGhost said, some guns take long to reload and if you press grab and you didn't want to reload then you will be stuck for a couple seconds. Thanks
