Do you know of any way that you can make add a web app via Google Chrome for iOS?

I'm not quite understanding what you're asking...you want to access the site using the Google Chrome app on the iPhone?
It should work already...you can access the site from the Opera Mini browser, I don't see why you coulnd't access it via Chrome.
