Uzi I consider is very noob friendly. Not in an overpowered way. Uzi has bad damage per second but it's very easy to use. Dual uzis cover up lots of area making it easy to hit enemies. While the damage is ok, the freeze rate is quite low too.

For me, Uzi is a very nice spar gun, but for Pk its just too weak
