For ages people have been whining that staff do not read your emails or pay attention to you, now I can try to convince you that they're not that bad at all!
Ok, so my friend Fatel (Azari) gave me his account as he is quitting, this included 10k+ hours online time, a tonne of items and a fair few spars but when I recieved the account, it was banned for faking in-app purchases.
I emailed "
[email protected]" with the subject "ATTN: XOR!!!" and I explained the situation I was in, basically saying can he un-ban the account as he is no longer in posession of it and I have it on my old iPod.
2days later I came back and there I was, playing again with my brand new account! In the email I included the ban ID and Xor did something about it, so there you go, staff do read their emails!
But I do have a new problem which I also emailed Xor about and am awaiting a reply. (Basically I want to transfer the stats and items from my new 10k hour account to my 2.7k hour account on my iPod 4G which is my main. But both of the accounts use seperate emails and you can't log straight into another account without logging out into your noob account.)
Discuss this and help on the final paragraph is appreciated, please note I do not have access to the email of the account I was given but he is happy to approve any emails for me to keep the account.
