Read through all of this, looks like Snk made the wrong decision that nobody agrees with but they have to support his decisions because "nothing can be done about it"

I'd confront Snk about this together if I were staff. Maybe you could get him to do the right thing, also if duke transfers his account to a friend, or if he quits, his account should be reset fully.
