To my knowledge, this isn't how it works. Aya is the Admin of the Graphics Team, and that is currently our largest team. As she said, only two are members of the said guilds. Two. Oh, so, of course that means ALL of us are in those guilds? No. I'm not, and wasn't in any of them before I was hired. Matt is my friend, and that may have been a contributing factor to my hiring, but, we can tell from that, that being in those guilds is not a requirement. It is, however, possible that one member of those guilds applied and told their peers it was a good server to work for.

Besides... how do you know our full staff list, and / or the full staff list of Delteria? It seems that you are assuming things through your limited knowledge on the matter. Also, it is 10% of our GAT in those guilds, going by what Aya said. Not 90%
