I have a question. Does the freeze improve when the shield is off? That would make more sense if it does.
The trade off = KSG with Shield: better blocking and crappy freeze. KSG without Shield: no blocking and improved freeze. Yes?

Well uhhh, I think our Gun system on here just rounds figures up and down to avoid doing things like 0.5 damage, this is why I said it's a little hard to change because you have to either change it so it takes one damage off or add one damage.
