The Golden rule (Do onto others as what they would do unto you) basically defines all morals besides specific cultural standards. (Wearing ties, taking hats off in restaurants, hugs, etc.)

Yeah, but if everyone can do what he thinks is right without any rules or laws being present, life would be chaotic, wouldn't it.
