I know it doesn't seem like much, but it is useful being able to heal a bit without needing burgers (what is this? Era now? Food items for health?)

It's more of a matter of principal. All gameplay effecting perma items are supposed to be obtainable for free/ from a quest.

Maybe a sleep gani? Or some sort of particle effect like the snowstorm but healing like a healing spell?
