I'll break it down for you in a much simpler way if that helps
Graal City Mall
-A new building to replace the cliff by Fox's Mansion. Pretty much has multiple shops and multiple interactive places like Railroads, Beaches, and Spar arenas inside the Mall.
My Suggestion: If you want, you could also add in some Rock Paper Scissor NPCS inside
Deadwood Haunted House
-A fully interactive-able mansion that could fit in for the halloween theme. Fake doors, Ghost NPCS, Traps, Flickering lights, or anything Halloween related that would fit the theme: A scary haunted house. He also mentions something quest related but im sure thats put aside
Apartments
-Pretty much purchaseable playerhouses that are rent-able for a certain amount of gralats per month. Will include free clothing and other supplies (Maybe free arrows or free bombs or something).
My Suggestion: Maybe instead of Free clothing, there could be a room in the Apartment that shows your character slots if you purchased them and maybe you could like grab them to switch to that outfit. So like in GTA, where you go into a room and you could switch outfits. That could work
Outdoor GST
-An outdoor Guild spar tournament like the Guild spars in the Swamptown guild spar place but maybe making it look more designed... Like a colliseum with marble flooring, grass hedges, torches and something roman based.
Sword in the Stone
-This relates to the story of Graal Classic (Which i think would be awesome if they made a single player campaign as a different app which tells the story of how Graal Classic began). It speaks about the sword in the stone where it banished the darkness and such. Maybe for fun, you could open the small statue inside of Fox's Mansion for a certain amount of hours and then when they enter, see the legendary sword in the stone. And maybe next to it could be an NPC which tells the story of the sword.. Also if you want, you could add something that will interest players in there
