If you're having some problems connecting to your internet, (you can connect to your router but have no internet access), you should probably contact your ISP.

Some common ISP Phone Numbers are here:

Comcast/XFinity: 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
Verizon High Speed Internet: 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966)
AT&T High Speed Internet: 1-877-722-3755

If it's only certain websites, you can try looking into here to check if it's down for everyone, or just you.
