If you're talking about the forums, here is a few rules of thumb. First, use proper grammar on the forums. If you don't you will be ridiculed like crazy (It also looks very tacky) Second, DO NOT edit quotes. It makes you and the other person look very bad. Third, know what section to place the thread under. It's annoying seeing a thread about ponies in the era section.
That's really all you need to know.
