Also some times weapons get stuck, so everytime you exit a menu or pm you use that weapon, like drop a bomb, fire a arrow, or swig your sword.
Persists until you log out and back in.

Happens when u enter a building / place and use bomb / arrow / sword same time, stop it by using (normal) chat.
