I'm pretty sure not, xor reopened the shop yesterday saying enjoy your free stuff. It is somewhat technically, now the baddies drop up to 4 tokens, if you did spend hours, you should have no problem getting what you want now. I also had friends who attempted a refund request, but it did not happen.

It's not free if you have to work for it. I guess it's too much to ask to get half of the tokens back that you originally paid for the item...
