You HAVE to manually download it. If you only got cydia to play old pokemon games then most likely you do not have it. Same thing happened to me when I did not even Jailbreak at all. But post it in the feedback.

But cydia always asks me to download packages lol. i always put accept because i hate how it always pops up lol.
