I still don't see why you conclude that Serene and Inspired were 'TaKaii offsprings'. I really hope you realize that Inspired was Fireenn's guild FAR before they recently started going for towers again. Serene is just another one of Vlad's guilds like Recon/Trill/etc. Sure there are a couple TaKaii members in both guilds, but it isn't like TaKaii cut in half and made separate guilds.
