Yes, deaths should be displayed along with kills. Kill count is not a reflection of your skill as a player and should not be touted if death count is not accounted for.

Anyway, I see no reason for showdeaths to be re-implemented; Kills are more apart of Era iPhone than deaths. Especially since deaths aren't public in the first place.

Why are kills more important than deaths? The two numbers are completely relative to one another and should be used in tandum. Anybody can run a mile but few people can do so in less than 4 minutes. If the pace weren't accounted for would the distance alone be admirable?
Not to dwell on her (and I have no intentions of jumping on the 'beat Mayu' bandwagon. Mayu, don't take offense to this, it is only to prove a point.) but Mayu is a prime example of why kill count alone carries no weight worth flaunting.
Yeah, Mayu leads the board with the most kills, but consider the following:
Referencing Higbey's screenshot, Mayu's stats are:- Kills: 244000
- Deaths: 315480
- KDR: 0.77
In other words, she is dying 56% of the time.
For every 100 kills, she dies about 129 times.

No one cares how many times u killed BY others, they only care how many ur killed others.
for example, u can "hit and run" to make a lot of kills but without dying.

Kills are not representative of anything unless you compare them to deaths.
Yes there are cheap ways to avoid dying, such as the "hit and run" you mentioned. There are also cheap ways to get kills, such as the "boosting" that has been brought up a few times in this thread, and let's face it, it isn't hard by any means to kill 90% of the players. The two numbers are equally credible. It makes no sense to brag about kills if you don't present your death count with it because without the deaths to compare to, it is a number with no meaning.
16k kills 17k death this shows I'm noob haha

That is still a better ratio than Mayu's listed stats.
To me, it is more impressive to have killed 100 people and died 10 times than to have killed 300 people and died 100 times.
Again I am simply illustrating the importance of a good KDR over a "good" number of kills. There is no reason to display kills but not deaths.
