Horse blocking isn't a rule as far as I know. Then again, they don't have the rules of blocking and many other things listed so I wouldn't know. As far as I've read if he was just horse blocking he didn't really do anything wrong.

Except for the fact he blocked there the whole time without dying. (approx
1-2 minutes of being attacked at by dozens of people)
He claims he diden't hack or use lag or glitch, but everyone who witnessed it knows otherwise >_>
