Here's a few of my ideas ;]

A delivery van or motorbike (coud be burger themed) outside the restaurant
An overweight NPC eating huge stack of burgers that sits at the corner
Huge barbells made of burgers

This might be a little bit off but could be interesting. The guy who purchases body parts in the supermarket (in Era) secretly works at the restaurant adding and mixing unecessary ingredients...
