Thanks for getting this thread tremendously off topic. We were talking about how corrupt and unhelpful staff are.

But there isn't much to talk about,
it happens. x.X;
Most of the people talking about it
would love to be staff, and they
would do the same things.
You should talk about how they can improve,
which they won't listen to of course, but at
least you would then be trying to help them.
