The point of "Unstick me" is to warp you if you get stuck, so why is it a big deal if its moved would you rather stay where you were?

"Unstick me" can be changed for all I care, but I was unhappy about the "unstuck me" location being changed. Notice when you get stuck in an area "unstick me" will appear and not "unstuck me"? "Unstuck me" should be used as a way to reset your location in Graal City where you can access every city in the most convenient way.

If you really want to warp to a more convenient location for travel, why not suggest an NPC to do so? Send in-game feedback for example, staff may take it into consideration.
However, as Rufus pointed out, there are other means of travel. You have railroads to get you to a faster location, but you complain that you can't walk fast enough? I feel like there really is no need for a central warp spot just to make travel easier. I actually believe it takes away part of the adventure aspect of the game itself.

The railroad system is an okay way of traveling. I would still prefer to walk from the center of the map rather than finding a railroad. Not everyone has the draisaine for the railroads either.

Really why not just give us a spawn command to go there?

I actually agree with that. Maybe something like "Unstick center" or something I don't know.
