I still haven't seen a good reason not to trade guild/spar hats.

You are the leader of a guild. You and 10 other people worked hard to get 1 or 5k to get a hat. One of your members decides to trade it. You see a random person wearing the hat that YOU worked SO hard to get. This would not be fair
