You should be able to do what you want with your items. If someone wants to sell the PULSE 1k hat all power to them. If somebody wants to overpay so much for that then let them. It wouldn't lead to scamming, how many people new enough to get scammed would actually have enough gralats to trade for that hat?
It could also lead to collectors purchasing large amounts of gralats to get the rarer hats. More money for Stef.
