People shouldn't get exclusive rewards just for creating graphics for the server, it isn't fair to those who don't/are incapable of making graphics(it's a natural talent)

No it isn't. You can practice an get better I'm 100% sure. Why do guilds receive tower hats? Not everyone can get into good guilds like zanza if they don't know people. They do work yes but creating hats and things for you is much harder than swinging a virtual sword
