XD i hate it when people say (the persons name) for gfx adiam!! lolthey think they should be hired, but why waste time begging admins to hire u?? lolz just make a custom instead  Froggy is right tho just asking/begging or even putting ur signature kinda thing will ruin ur chances... personaly being an admin would be great but imagine if u were one having to deal with all these people saying, Hire Me!
