Late to the party here, but I agree with Thallen. Those are two excellent criteria for a good guild since in theory anyone can reach leaderboards(might take ages but anyone can).

Not exactly, its a towering guild truth is all tower guilds are for a hat/towering with friends. I wouldn't call it hat chasing you are putting hundreds of hours into a guild you have to get a reward...
