Not really, the chances of getting it will be higher and the only problem is if u base alone and u don't have a weapon like pbp or bar it will be harder

Faster respawn in bases

It takes about 6 seconds until u spawn in front of the base and till u get to the flag about another 3-4 seconds (depends on base) which is enough time that the owner/s of the base refills the bar...
