Don't worry, nutella isn't something you could be sued for unless you included the brand or company that makes that specific version of nutella, its not like one company has a monopoly over it, it's like peanut butter.

Nutella isn't a type of food like peanut butter, its a brand of Chocolate Hazlenut spread. So a company could be sued if they made "Nutella" under a different name.

I've seen various brands of nutella. All basically the same thing, nutella is basically hazelnut spread, although yes one company seems the most common, it's still like Jif and peanut butter. Notice it doesn't have to be called "peanut spread", also I've seen nutella icecream and nutella mini crepes before, no lawsuits, feel free to spell nutella correctly, they couldn't sue for it even If they found out about it and wanted to.
