Ec left behind
 

Hi my name is John my friend told me to come here for help, actual help because I tried emailing snk but nothing. So me and a couple friends decided to get VIP and we all transferred stuff to new account thing and I lost my 11 ec later I logged off my account and my ec was still in old account it somehow didn't get transferred I keep tapping transfer but ec won't transfer . I've talked to some admins for help they say they can't touch ec and I don't know what else to do help me and my friends lost our ec and we can't transfer back to old account fix this

Hmm... I suggest that you do Events on your old account until you have the right amount of EC that you wanted. After you purchase your item/items with your EC, then transfer the item/items to your new account. Also, when you said "your friend lost our EC" I don't know if you where sharing with your friend and he lost them or meant to say "your friend lost his EC or yours"? :).

This also happened to me. I think it happens the everything; for example, I tried to get another of my accounts that had a PBP Shotgun on it, transfered to my main account which already had a PBP Shotgun on it, but the PBP didn't get transfered. It was left on the other account. If you understand what I'm trying to say =o

I did think do this but it wouldn't be easy I don't have my weapons since all I can win is last man standing.

Same thing happened to my friend he had 16 ec we weren't sharing he said if he logs of his VIP his ec is on th account with nothing and ec doesn't transfer.

They should make ec transferred like all other items since admins I've ask said transfer with VIP

I don't think snk would like to fix 30+ people account and more if ppl keep transfering and there ec won't transfer

If you know a staff member who can help with this problem email [email protected] and be sure to add there name on the subject box. If not, I would suggest to email them anyway. Maybe there will be an admin available to help.

You made like 3 threads just asking the same question. You might think that your problem is very important, but please, only post 1 thread about something.

First is your friend named eric? Second we can't do anything just hope an understanding staff member sees this.
