Era new way of hiring PRS

Why not just interview players on skype instead of recommandations but to set up for the interview you must be in age range of 14 up. Reason why is, i know right now hiring staff there is no age limit but there should be because example a 11 year old can show a bad example for the staff team and other reason why due to maturity. I understand you staff get spammed to much (trust me i know) but officialy taking down applications to me was a bad idea because this is showing players nothing. Does anyone know what i am trying to say ???.

I personally think applications should be back. Staff need to suck it up and read there emails (no one said staff was a fun house) your there to work. you have applications to find out information about you, and your maturity level, and how well you work is

I'd assume the Era staff that are already here on the forums could recognize us members and recommend us from there. I also agree, I think applications was a much more fair and efficient way of hiring the PRs. Without applications, recommendations tend to be biased based on players the recommenders already know personally. Applications introduce new people to the scene, allow the employers to have a sample of the community as a whole as opposed to the connections he/she personally made; and there's always hidden talent out there.

They aren't going to be able to skype with every single person that comes their way. You get recognized by how you act in the game. If they approve of it and are appealed by how you act you may get reccomendations, when you do street will contact you via pm or via email. I never said that this job is a "fun house" trust me man, it's far beyond that. I've been on it for about 2 hours, I already get massed spammed. It's worth it though, I enjoy helping the people out. =D

Look i dont want to piss off any PRs about this thread this is my way of seeing it and i do disagree the new hire thing

My question is, why does everyone want to be staff? It actually boggles my mind.

Another thing, people could not have any fame and there work could be the most amazing thing ever... now he can't share because you staff members dont do applications (My point exactly)

No clue. I wanna apply as levels because i love to work and give some players something fresh and amazing for them to play around in. PRS i have no clue why its so popular or why everyone wants it.

I get a buzz when I know something a player doesn't, then I help them. Sounds cheesy, but it's true.

I guess helping something is something I'd do since none of my friends are there to occupy my time on Graal.

Look my question is. Is all the applications going? includeing LAT team. because that would suck because i have work that wont be seen due to no applications

Isn't this about PR?
