does anyone know how to make the image bigger on gimp without it messing it up?

Sorry, Gimp blurs the image when you increase or decrease the size of it. :/

oh,do you know any other programs that you can use to make the image bigger?

Paint.net gives you the option to resize canvas and/or image.

Image -> Scale Image.

Gimp's resizing tool is fine, as long as you don't upscale too much. Downscaling is perfect.
