It should increase chance of king crab.

I dug 27 king crabs today and they were all taken by a mob of noobs :(

Kill any king crab. Check your hat inventory because the game doesn't seem to message you if you get hat.

I digged 6 crab kings in my house, got stuff then it got patched :p

I think if you have to explain the acronym it defeats the purpose of using it in the first place, lol.
