VIP store warp bug

My brother recently purchased a VIP account. He wanted to go to the VIP only shop in the onnet store but he keeps getting warped out. Meaning he can't buy anything and paid for a feature he never got.

I can't get into the VIP store in onnet either, also I have noticed more disconnection issues since I bought VIP on Friday.

my only guess is that he had to have VIP LAST month to get into vip room.
