Tribes is a fast paced fps. It was just released on steam as free to play even though its been out for a while. Is anyone new playing it add me, my username is Imprint.

Look's good, but the memory usage for game downloads in Steam is INSANE!

Not really a fan of fps games, but it looks kind of cool. Reminds me of Halo. :P

It's a lot more fast paced. No time for sniping as you're skiing off a cliff and flying with a jetpack and shooting lazers at each other!

Yeah I love the speed of it. What class do you play? I usually go with inf but I'm ok with raider/pathfinder.

I've been playing pathfinder. Only had it for a couple of days.

What does this fps have to offer over other pc f2p fps games like tf2 and blacklight retribution?

I love this game,I only played it one time and it is pretty good,just like halo but you save like 60 bucks. 100% off ;)

A change of pace in gameplay style.

Fast paced fighting outside bases, high speed flag caps. The game also takes a lot of teamwork so each class has to complete certain roles for flag caps to happen. For example, an infiltrator would destroy the generator leaving the raider to clear flag stand and base defenses so a pathfinder can get flag. Also, the game takes into account the distance a bullet has to travel so you have to take into account a persons speed. I dunno about TF2 but that's something that games like COD don't have.
