I think the lottery man should be moved into start park so that
More players enter it. Also if it could be drawn every week and have a display of how much money is in the jack pot also a code like era pc which tells you what your odds of winning are

erm no, lottery man i sperfect to where he is... because..

in reality if you do buy a lottery ticket you will buy it at a local shop.
2. start is over populated, soo too much lag
3. everyone in era knows where the lottery man is, so they can go and buy it.
4th. its interely upto a person to buy or not, you can't force people to buy it as what to you are asking i beleive.
