Account Transfers
 

I wanted to sticky this for now.

Xor and I made some changes to the way we organize our email.

The rules are still the same:


Q: Can you transfer my account?

A: Email us [email protected] with ATTN: XOR - ACCOUNT TRANSFER in subject line. MAKE SURE YOU SET YOUR EMAIL IN BOTH PROFILES or else we can't find you.



^The rules are still the same but this time we STRESS STRESS STRESS in the subject line you put "ATTN: Xor - ACCOUNT TRANSFER" So that our filters can catch it. One problem we discovered was that players were writing their life story in the email. Because they wrote words such as "shields" "heads" "swords" etc the email got mislabeled. Since we have the new uploading system, we don't need those labels so they were removed. This shouldn't be a problem anymore.

So to be safe your email should be sent from the email set in your graal profiles and should like just like this:

Subject: ATTN: XOR - ACCOUNT TRANSFER

Body:

Hi Xor,

I have a new device so I would like to request an account transfer. The email set in both of my profiles is ___________@_____.___

Thanks!
<current in game name here>
----------------

^copy and paste that.


It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. If you follow what I just said, your email will be prioritized and your account transfer will happen much more soon.

Keep in mind IP address and other stored information will be checked on both accounts to ensure no one is trying to scam you. NEVER GIVE YOUR EMAIL AWAY TO ANYONE just in case though.

Does a transfer from a VIP acc to a other VIP acc work?

This may make it hard for people who got their iTouch stolen to get an account transfer.
*cough cough* me *cough cough*

Why?

Ohh nevermind he said they check IP addresses not like actually like PM the account xP

One of mine was stolen as well, and it was the one with all the stuff on it, my other account being the pks and baddies

Why is the in-game name necessary?

Edit: btw I nested "Account Transfer" under Xor's label (in your case SNK) so it would be that much easier, assuming you guys use the same email system.
