There's no set way to get hired. You can't bribe (obviously) and theres no magic set principle that makes you insta-hired.
There seems to be two ways people are hired:
Hiring Season. This is generally after a lot of staff have been fired, or the staff count begins to go low. It will be announced we are hiring, and people will be able to apply.
Getting asked. If you know staff well, and they recognize you not only as mature and kind, but as good material for staff, they may ask you to be one.
Now, Hiring Season's a bit hard. Hundreds of people apply, and your application is one small dot out of everyone else's. Why would you matter? You have to make sure they know that you know everything about the game - the application for me took 3 days of revising and double checking. I had made a ton of typos, and lots of mistakes. Naturally, that looks bad, and everyone does it, so i suggest if you like this method you double check... a lot. If you want, have your friends check for spelling errors, or grammar errors. An application with tons of mistakes doesn't look nice, and even if you have all your stuff down, its nice to be safe and check it again.
Now, if you want them to ask you.. I don't really know. I mean, I was asked to apply, but other than that it was all up to me. I suppose you just need to act mature and get to know the staff. They'll usually respond if you don't demand items and events, and have good enough English. At least, that's how I work. If someone bugs me for events or items, i'm usually not going to respond. If i can't tell what they're saying, i may say "what?" but i usually just pass them by. You probably also want to know the game well too, i would suppose.
Now i'm no expert on these things really, and while lots of my friends have been hired and so have I, like i said, there's no set principle. They either like you, or they don't. And they tend to hire trustable, smart people, who have good, detailed applications and a nice personality.
So there. There is my random tip thing. No garuntees. Just muffins?
