What is your idea of the perfect Bukkit Minecraft server? Along the lines of PVP and raiding...

Freebuild server where flying is allowed, donators don't get a huge boost, and friendly staff.

The idealistic server for me is where players both legit and creative can build in harmony and not give a **** if I like xraying although I do prefer creative.

No one will ever do this though so...

For me it's a structured start area made via creative but the rest of it is 100% survival, no griefing, no staff/donator perks. Or just 100% creative free build.
