Wii N64 Emulator
 

Okay, so long story short I want to emulate N64 games on my Wii. There's a few tutorials online but they don't seem to work--out of date perhaps? If anybody has anything to recommend I'm all ears.

First, what SD card do you have?

Second, do your parents approve of installing home brew?

Is there some dark secret I should know about,,..

2 isnt enough :/

Can you be more specific? Why isn't it enough in this case? N64 roms aren't that large, most are 16mb, some are 32mb and in rare cases there are 64mb roms.

I'm not exactly desperate to cram several games on the SD card, just one. Why isn't 2GB enough?

The rom like Dusty stated, aren't large enough but the emulator plus the programs along with the rom is too much for 2 GB

Emulators are pretty small programs considering they don't need much in terms of resources. I have never seen an emulator larger than 10mb. Can you back this stuff up or what?

Well, here is whats needed
-Homebrew Browser
-Apps folder *Required*
-Emulator
-Plus the rom
-BIOS-If emulator doesnt have it
If he does have enough, he can only play one game

I can't imagine these taking up that much space.
I already addressed this.
Again, fairly small in the scheme of 2gb.
N64 emulation doesn't need bios, but even if it does bios for the N64 would most likely be very small considering hardware limitations of the N64.

Either way, memory is dirt cheap now. You can probably get an 8gb for under $10. But good way to test if 2gb is enough? Get all the stuff you need and put it on and see if it fits :P
