It doesn't feel finished. The shading could use some work, especially in the leaves. The leaves feel flat, and it doesn't seem like you had a direction for the leaves to come from and go to. The little bushel of leaves in the front-left feels odd.

Overall decent effort, but again it could still use some more work. Try to apply a few of the linked tutorials to the tree, or another tree attempt.

Some random tree tutorials I found via a google search. They look pretty good.

The leaves don't match the branch because of the outline and detail between them. Overall, nice work :)

I actually like it.

Also i did direction the leaves but i might have added too much shadings to the bottom cause it makes it look like the leaves are just, wierd Dx

I know what your problem is with the leaves. They are all the same colors. Notice the trunk of the tree. It gets darker from left to right. The leaves should also do the same, shading-wise. Do that, and it'll all mesh together pretty nicely.

I painted ?'s where I couldn't tell the direction the leaves are coming from and going to.

That wasn't really what I was talking about. The leaves should be shaded similarly to the trunk, light coming from the left. That means lighter leaves on the left side, and the leaves get darker as you go towards the right. If you don't do that, you end up with the flat look, like what you have now ;)
