my head wont appear ?
 

so i couldnt find a place that answered my question , i uploaded a head and it worked fine , until recently it appeared as a "noob" head and when i changed head it wont let me change it back into my custom one :/ friends told me maybe because i logged in into facebook ? but i didnt i dont even have VIP anymore . also i waited two weeks already and it hasnt been fixed yet so im stuck with a regular head :unsure:

It didn't it stills appears in my heads section it just won't let me wear it

Your head got refunded in a wrong way. Try to contact an admin about that.

I've noticed a lot of this lately. Not sure what the issue is.

Yeah it was not refunded I've been having it for more than two weeks now plus I haven't if I were to had been refunded my gralats back :\ idk what to do

Looked and yeah same thing our heads appear in our "heads" section but it won't let us wear it >_< weird , I didn't do anything :o just logged in and the "noob" head appeared

i havent had a chance to log into graal recently , but i was wondering if the head issues had been fixed yet it has prob been about 4-5 weeks now ?

Yepp, happened to me. Your head was deleted/refunded by an admin. I got a message saying that it was deleted by an admin and that I was refunded the correct amount of 10,000 Gralats.

I have a friend with a similar issue, his head hes had for 4 months isnt "gone" but when in a pm or guild chat it shows noob head for him.
