Archery Fails
 

Found 2 fails at archery:

- if u lag a bit u just shoot trough the targets,
- sometime when u got a bullseye streak, and u shoot another bullseye it will just start at 1 again.

I noticed both of these also.

Its new it's got some bugs, but the one that annoys me is the arrow freeze being so random, sometimes I can shoot twice, other times it seems like the arrow button doesn't work, I'm sure these bugs will be fixed.

Oh and a minor problem is the signs being able to come up on top of eachother, I've had a x overlapped by a bullseye. So it took away my points I got from the bullseye and ended the streak,

I have shot the very edge of the target a few times and it gives me a bullseye. <-Dont fix this (:

You can't fix lag. The only way to remedy this issue is to have it clientside, but that poses security issues; even minor usage of clientside was already exploited to cheat the game until it was fixed.

I would of highly doubted a newly integrated system of any sort to be without a few minor 'glitches'. To highlight another point, if you disconnect/log out as you receive your score then you are stuck in the firing line :-/ This is not publicizing this fault but just making others aware of the error.

However above all it is recommended to test your marksmanship skill while you are near enough to the router or in the nearest empty room, as this will hugely decrease the chance of a bug affecting you.

both of these have happened to me.

I also hate when ur on a bullzye streak and then about 5 X's pop up

i was on a 13x streak and like 2 X's came straight in a row... so annoying. i couldve gotten both prizes in one game .-.

The only fix should be the lag. I think that itself will fix the bullseye streak problem aswell.

But as Dusty said: that is not something you can fix. And if you try to bring it using the client side, i think that could lead to a cheat engine problem

I think there should be about 5 archery rooms instead of 3. More room, less lag. Just my opinion..

That just means that archery will die faster

Not really but thats just my opinion.
And if anything, they should host some kind of archery contest soon

The Archery feature is unfinished and there is a large area free for them to develop it into. Team Competitions ect.

Its new..give it a damn chance.

This thread is on detailing the faults of the new feature so that it can be improved in the coming future. Don't make assumptions by just scrolling to the button and adding your opinion which clearly states how you haven't read through the past replies to the thread.
