Noob Dev Question

Hey guys, i'm a LAT, and i need a developer to answer this question. I've always noticed this and wondered about this, but i've never really figured out why this happens. Here it is. When making an NPC on leveleditor, how come when you type the filename odf the image it works, and sometimes it doesn't? I'm finding that the newer images don't usually load the image into the level. Why exactly is that? Thanks!

I think offline things must be 16bit or 8bit to work.. I could be wrong.. a lot of times ganis don't work for the same reason however online they do..

I only do things online though.. All my NPCs or Ganis I create by the text document.

Yes, make sure the images are in 8-bit.

The answer is path.

The Graal Editor doesn't search through all of the folders in your Graal folder for files. It'll check through whatever is in the folder it is currently in.

Does 8-bit change the image?

Skyzer 04-07-2012 04:45 PM

Not really. Might remove some colors.
