privet pm system ?
 

i was just thinking out of the blue here


staff/admins get so many spam pms for items and whatever and when us people need to contact them they have there message logged out. what if, classic and era created a pm system were you need a password to it. so our lovely staff cannot be spamed and can answer an important pm not somthing they don't need to read.

do you know what i mean ? :D
and the people that are on these forms (i am sure you guys are mature and dont spam) get this password and use it for like contact purpose or telling them you sent work or something.

anyway just a thought

This would more than likely become abused very quickly. People would spread the password, and wind up spamming the staff anyway. Would need some sort of timer where you have to wait about 5-10 minutes before pming again. Otherwise people could just keep putting in the password and spam with it anyway. :/

not going to fight but you have a point lol. if there was another way like 5-10min sure.i dont know its really sad how staff have to block there pms over spam and abuse when some of us want to talk about somthing serious :(

or maybe a guild to right the only people that can join or mature people and if you are not that kind or person then kick, i don't know i hate trying to contact one and the message is logged out. but they ask you to send them an email when they dont check it because people spam there email so they have 1000 emails they dont want to check. just saying maybe they should think of somthing i don't know

or maybe staff just maybe, have to create a pirvet email and just pm it to us that way they do not have 100000000 spam email and can look at our work, applications and so on. i think its un fair that they need to block there message because little kids want items and rares and whatever they want these days. i think it needs to change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is stupid, people spam because they feel there message is being ignored(long waiting time between sending and receiving a message), not because they're trying to harass staff. This wont stop spam :|

Why should the people that use the forum get the password and the new players that need a way more help not?

I reckon this could work, but instead of a password why not just have the admin invite you to a private chat?

Hmm. Well I guess that's what PMs from Friends Only is there, but there certainly are flaws.

i dont see the point of having a password..why not just have like a "live service center" on graalians where theres like 5-10 admins reading complaints,reports(reports as in assistance for acc transfer) and questions (questions regarding customization etc..) idk if this has already been thought of but it would be REALLY usefull for people who have alot of queries...like me....plus ALOT of admins online on graal either have Private pms or dont even respond its probobly alright if youre like gfx but i dont get how almost all of GPs dont even bother helping out.. >.> once this particular gp told me that he wasnt on duty so i have to find another admin +__+
