Regarding Julius and My Account Transfer
 
Please do not take this as a rant.. Just please read it to know what i mean... If its too long and you don't want to read, i totally understand.. But you won't pretty much know what im saying then..

Yesterday, i was waiting for an account transfer.. Wanting to transfer my old account (Xenon [Who was Michael M in the first place but changed and used by my little brother till i get an account transfer] ) onto my new account (Leader Tobi) because i really wanted my old account back.. And i sent in an email saying regarding an account transfer a couple of weeks ago but didn't get any response or transfer..

So basically i messaged him kindly if i could get an account transfer... He said yes and he told me to report my old account with the same email to get an account transfer for free.. I then wait patiently for 7 hours (yes... Exactly 7 hours) only to have my little brother come up to me and show me the following message:

How nice... I've been patient 7 hours long for Julius to tell me that i should transfer my account by getting VIP..

Is there a way i can get an account transfer without purchasing VIP? and why did Julius act so mean? :(

Not fair i have also been waiting a week and a half and no reply i do have VIP but i need to buy 8k gralats to buy it on my new account not happening.

It was entirely about VIP and VIP accounts... He described nothing else than those two subjects

You shouldn't have to pay for your own account transfers. I always got complaints about people who were waiting very long for account transfers and never got them. I think instead of having all the account transfers and other **** crammed into one email they should make a new email just for account transfers. Also, most of the players don't know how the hell to do an account transfer. The Information Kiosk lacks serious important information regarding account transfers, reporting glitches, etc. Some serious organization needs to be done.

Julius seems to be misinformed that account transfers are still possible and can be done by sending information to [email protected]

Yeah, I think they shouldn't put information out on how to transfer if the transfer will never happen.

Seriously, i don't want to go buy a iTunes card just for an account transfer... Im not linked to any credit card on my account and paying for VIP (Which is still an issue in both scam and bugs) is not what i want just to transfer my account to another... Also seeing as theres log-in problems with VIP (according to everyone who's both purchased it and had their VIP done)... Could put my old account at risk..

and Julius didn't misunderstood.. I didn't mention any VIP.. I only asked him if i could get an account transfer from my old account onto my new account please

BOOM!

If you want a transfer please you can e-mail Xor as long as e-mail from the SAME email you have set in both Graal profiles. Keep it short and simple in the e-mail.

Account transfers are a privilege. We reserve the right to not grant one if the e-mail is abused or you're just plain rude. <--- remember that part.

Other staff members can't do transfer for legal reasons... Also it's more of a Global staff command.

Don't poop on Julius.
