Well you should tell us what server style it got. Default or Modern? Any example servers out so far? Also what should they send you as application exactly?

Don't worry dude. This is a rough draft (sorta) of the hiring process.

And the server prigresses through time, so it will start in prehistoric times and move towards the future.

That long of a span? If I know what your talking about, it could be cool. I hope its an original idea.

One manages the graphics team, hires them and such, and the other makes the stuff

Well, I can help out a little. Not be part of the actual team, but if there is some GFX needed or ganis I can make them. Nowadays I'm to lazy to script or level. :) Just shoot me a PM.
