This is probably one of the oldest hats in the game. I'm pretty sure it was just some test hat and not meant to be released in stores. They pretty much just completely removed the idea of tradeable hats. But if I could trade this hat in I would much rather have an EC item or another auctioned item.

I'll pay 50bucks USD no questions asked.
