Well sometimes you roll the dice and get lucky. Other times you just keep on rollin.

It depends on ticket volume and the nature of the issue, but most responses occur within a few days.

It sounds like you may be directing support inquiries to the wrong place? You mentioned an email, but unless you are trying to change an email, you should begin by creating a ticket at support.toonslab.com.
