Freezing out of nowhere

TL:DR Freezing issue with the client when entering and leaving different levels and asking if anyone had an issue like this and solution for it

Okay, let me explain i play on a MacBook Pro (Late 2017), on chrome and safari and both browsers freeze the client midway into the game sometimes when i enter different levels (e.g. entering a tower like swamp and leaving). Each time it does this i refresh (f5) obviously because i literally stood there one day waiting 1hr and it still didnt resume. It's like everyone freezes including me i cant type and cant see my character. I've been experiencing this for like a year now on and off. i updated flash player cleared cache, history, etc. literally reinstalled both chrome and safari also. If you are experiencing this or was is there a way solution around this issue. much appreciated for reading this long and caring. Also a quick poll only will take a sec to see if you experiencing the same issues

The black screen is a loading screen. Everyone has this now.

Not sure if macOS gets these updates, but after the Spectre and Meltdown security vulnerabilities, Windows 10 patch made everything slightly slower. I noticed that chrome, graal, and many other games started to have these freezing issues, and fps drops.

Try to close any other programs when playing on PC (antivirus too, if you're still freezing)
For me, the game freezes when using the spotify web player, so if I spar I have to listen to music on my phone
Adobe is also ending flash support in 2020, so yeah

Yesterday I noticed I was getting really choppy FPS while playing while i'm usually at the cap. All I really had open was a chrome tab with a paused YouTube video and Discord. Previously this was never an issue at all.

Flash is still gonna be available, However it will no longer be updated or anything like that, Not like it really has ever been updated much at all to begin with since there was gap where i think it wasn't even updated for years until like 2017 since like 2013 or something?. So really it isn't a big change to be worried about. You'll still be able to play your Math games on Hooda math or whatever and same as play graal, They aren't gonna stop it completely when so many things rely on it, They just won't update it which they really haven't been doing either way.

Why?

It's just kinda old and outdated, HTML5 is better and everything else. You'll still be able to use it, They just won't update it anymore as said before, It'll still be around for things like graal or the others of thousands of things that still use flash. It just wont be updated, Not like it really has been anyway.

"Adobe is finally pulling the plug on Flash. The software company on Tuesday said it plans to stop updating and distributing its Flash Media Player by the end of 2020"

This literally happens to just about everyone whether they play on mobile/PC/Graal PC servers. It's not an issue on your end and pretty sure there's nothing you can do about it. It's an issue with Graal's client itself and it's servers. So this'll keep happening to you, until Graal's management decides to look into it and get it fixed, which is obviously farfetched and doubtful that it'll happen anytime soon. But good luck on finding a solution!

No
Chrome already has flash disabled by default, and Google plans to completely remove it by 2020.

There is many more browsers besides google that will still have have flash. Plus if u insist on using google you could always use an older version like the version right now. It isn't really a big deal, Even after 2020 there still will be a lot of flash things one way or another.

Flash usage was at 80% in 2014, now it's at 4.1%. If the majority of people will be using up-to-date browsers, then there isn't much of a point to keep using flash on websites.
Microsoft and Firefox will be removing flash as well. Rolling back to previous browser versions isn't the safest idea.
